Privacy Policy

Updated: June 28, 2026

This policy explains how Danail Rachev — Filara (the “controller”) collects and uses personal data, in line with the EU GDPR.

Who we are

Data controller: Danail Rachev — Filara. Contact: danailrachev93@gmail.com. (Currently based in Bulgaria; a planned relocation to Malta will be reflected here once finalised.)

The supervisory authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Bulgaria. After the planned relocation this will become the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta.

What we collect and why

Inquiry data you submit (name, email, company, project details) — to respond to and deliver the service you request (lawful basis: steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest).

Minimal technical data needed to operate and secure the site (e.g. a hashed IP for anti-abuse).

Analytics only AFTER you consent — and only privacy-respecting, aggregate metrics.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email danailrachev93@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: the CPDP).
